The Steering Committee shall meet at <br />least once each quarter, and copies of the minutes of such meetings shall be sent <br />to MTC with each Progress Report. The Steering Committee shall review the items <br />listed below prior to their submittal to either the General Manag~Lor MTC: <br /> <br /> 1. Any changes proposed to this Agreement, including but not limited to <br /> <br /> changes proposed to the work program or budget. <br /> <br /> 2. Any third party contracts proposed in connection with this Agreement, or <br /> changes proposed to such contracts° <br /> <br /> 3. Any technical reports, outlines, drafts or final reports to be delivered <br /> <br /> under this Agreement. <br /> <br />The Steering Committee shall be composed of three Staff members appointed by <br />Contractor and one staff member appointed by MTC.
