CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALamEDA COUNTY, CALIFORYIA RESOLUTION NO. 83-147 RESOLUTION APPROVING PL~IS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR 12" WATER LINE WITHIN WEST LAS POSITAS BOULEVARD AT THE 1-680 OVERCROSSING AND APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH PRUDENTIAL AND CALLAHAN-PENTZ WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works and Utilities, by his report dated April 20, 1983, advised the City Council that plans and specifications had been completed for installation of a 12 inch water line within West Las Positas Boulevard at the 1-680 overcrossing, and that said plans have been reviewed by staff; and WHEREAS, Prudential Insurance Company and Callahan-Pentz Properties, Pleasanton, developers of Hacienda Business Park, have offered to install the water line in coordination with the existing construction by Caltrans of the 1-680 overcrossing; and WHEREAS, at its meeting of April 26, 1983, the City Council reviewed the report of the Director of Public Works and Utilities relating to the project and reviewed the improvement agreement with Prudential and Callahan-Pentz; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEAS~NTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the plans and specifications for the installation of the 12 inch water line within West Las Positas Boulevard at the 1-680 overcrossing. Section 2: Approves the Improvement Agreement with Prudential Insurance Company and Callahan-Pentz Properties, Pleasanton and authorizes the mayor to execute the agreement, a copy of which is attached hereto. Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
