CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 83-146 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH PRUDENTIAL <br />INSURANCE COMPANY, SHELL OIL COMPANY, ET AL. <br />REGARDING JOHNSON/OWENS DRIVE REALIGNMENT <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Council approves the agreement between <br /> the City of. Pleasanton and Prudential Insurance <br /> Company of America, Shell Oil Company, Hacienda <br /> Business Park Owners Association, Russell Lee Jones <br /> and Sherry Marie Jones regarding the Real ProDerty <br /> Conveyances, Easements and Maintenance Agreement <br /> for the Johnson/Owens Drive realignment, a copy of <br /> which is attached hereto and incorporated herein <br /> by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the Mayor to execute the above-described <br /> agreement. <br /> <br />Section 3: Authorizes the Mayor to execute whatever deeds or <br /> other documents necessary to implement the above- <br /> described agreement. <br /> <br />Section 4: This resolution shall become effective iD~nediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED APRIL 12, 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Mercer, Mohr, Wood and Mayor Butler <br /> <br />NOES None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Brandes <br />ABSTAIN: None ,L~ER,~yO <br />ATTEST: f <br /> T R <br /> ROBE U R <br /> <br />B D G D t C t C1 k <br /> y oris eorge, epu y i y er <br /> <br />P~er D.
