CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 83-143 RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR REZONING 4728 SQ. FT LOCATED AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF PETERS AND BERNAL AVENUES FROM THE "0" (OFFICE) DISTRICT TO THE "C-C" (CENTRAL COMMERCIAL) DISTRICT WHEREAS, at its meeting of April 12, 1983, the City Council received a proposed negative declaration for rezoning a 4728 sq. ft. parcel located at the northeast corner of Peters and Bernal Avenues from the "0" (Office) District to the "C-C" (Central Commercial) District; and WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated March 15, 1983 and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed development plan; and WHEREAS , the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact ReDorts; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed rezoning would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for rezoning a 4728 sq. ft. parcel located at the northeast corner of Peters and Bernal Avenues from the "0" (Office) District to the "C-C" (Central Commercial) District. Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED APRIL 12, 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE:
