CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 83-142 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR <br />CONSTRUCTION OF SANTA RITA ROAD-ARROYO MOCHO <br />BRIDGE IMPROVEMENTS AND APPROVAL OF IMPROVEMENT <br />AGREEMENT WITH PRUDENTIAL AND CALLAHAN-PENTZ <br />PROPERTIES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Director of Public Works and Utilities, by his <br />report dated April 6, 1983, advised the City <br />Council that plans and specifications had been <br />completed for the Santa Rita Road-Arroyo Mocho <br />Bridge improvements and that said plans have been <br />reviewed by staff; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS , <br /> <br />at its meeting of April 12, 1983, the City Council <br />reviewed the report of the Director of Public <br />Works and Utilities relating to the project; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />1: Approves the plans and specifications for the <br /> construction of the Santa Rita Road-Arroyo Mocho <br /> Bridge improvements, subject to the following <br /> conditions: <br /> <br />The final design for the project shall provide <br />adequate provisions to reduce and control any <br />erosion and sedimentation affecting the Arroyo <br />Mocho during and after construction. <br /> <br />b <br /> <br />The final design for the project shall provide <br />adequate provisions for dust controls during <br />construction. <br /> <br />That construction activities be limited to <br />daytime hours only, during periods approved <br />by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />Section 2: Approves the agreement between the City of <br /> Pleasanton and Prudential Insurance Company and <br /> Callahan-Pentz Properties Pleasanton regardin~ the <br /> subject bridge improvements, a copy of which is attached. <br /> <br />Section 3: Authorizes the Mayor to execute the above-described <br /> agreement. <br /> <br /> <br />
