CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 83-141 RESOLUTION APPROVING A MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARA- TION FOR PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE SANTA RITA ROAD - ARROYO MOCHO BRIDGE IMPROVEMENTS WHEREAS, at its meeting of April 12, 1983, the City Council received a proposed mitigated negative declaration for the plans and specifications for the Santa Rita Road-Arroyo Mocho Bridge improvements; and WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated April 6, 1983 and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed bridge improvements; and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of mitiKated negative declarations and environmental impact reports; and I~HEREAS, the Initial Study prepared by the City Staff indicated that there may be significant impacts upon the environment, but that conditions of approval would render these potential impacts insignificant; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that based upon the review of the Initial Study, and the testimony and docu- mentary evidence presented at the public hearing that there may be significant impacts on the environment, but that conditions listed in Section 1 below as mitigations render these potential impacts insignificant; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves a Mitigated Negative Declaration for the plans and specifications for the Santa Rita Road-Arroyo Mocho Bridge improvements, subject to
