RESOLUTION NO. 83-1~0 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPOINTING PAYING AGENT <br /> <br /> ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1982-5 FROMM BUSINESS PARK <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Pleasanton resolves: <br />1. The City Council has authorized issuance of bonds <br />under the Improvement Bond Act of 1915 of the State of <br />California in Assessment District No. 1982-5, Fromm Business <br />Park, City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California. <br /> <br /> 2. The City of Pleasanton has entered into an <br />agreement with the Bank of America National Trust and Savings <br />Association by which said Bank will act as paying agent for the <br />bonds of City. <br /> <br /> 3. Bank of America National Trust and Savings <br />Association, Main Office, San Francisco, California, is hereby <br />appointed paying agent for bonds issued in said assessment <br />district, and said Bank shall be paid in accordance with the <br />existing agreement between the City of Pleasanton and said Bank. <br /> <br /> 4. The City Clerk is hereby directed to file a <br />certified copy of this resolution with the Bank of America <br />National Trust and Savings Association, Corporate Agency <br />Division~ Bank of America Center, P. O. Box 37000, San <br />Francisco, CA 94137. <br /> <br /> <br />
