RESOLUTION NO. 83-135 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CONCERNING FORECLOSURE OF <br /> DELINQUENT ASSESSMENT LIENS <br /> <br />ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1982-5, <br />FROMM BUSINESS PARK <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Pleasanton resolves: <br />1. If any installment of the principal or interest of <br />any assessment levied in Assessment District No. 1982-5, Fromm <br />Business Park, City of Pleasanton, Alameda County; California, <br />becomes delinquent,'the City Council shall cause the filing of <br />an action in the Superior Court of the County of Alameda to <br />foreclose the lien of the delinquent assessment pursuant to the <br />authority given in Section 8830 and following of the Streets and <br />Highways Code of the State of California. This action shall be <br />filed not later than one hundred fifty (150) days following the <br /> <br />date of delinquency. <br /> <br /> 2. This resolution <br />purchase of improvement bonds <br /> <br />is adopted as an inducement to the <br />to be issued in Assessment <br /> <br />District No. 1982-5, Fromm Business Park, City of Pleasanton, <br />Alameda County, California, and Paragraph 1 hereof shall <br />constitute a covenant to the bondholders. <br /> <br /> , , , <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> <br />
