RESOLUTION NO. 83-133 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING REPORT AND ASSESSMENT <br /> AND ORDERING IMPROVEMENT <br /> <br />ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1982-5 <br /> FRO~4 BUSINESS PARK <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Pleasanton resolves: <br />This Council has taken a series of actions preliminary <br />to ordering the improvement in Assessment District No. 1982-5, <br />Fromm Business Park, City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, <br />California, and now'makes the following findings and orders: <br /> <br /> 1. The Council adopted a map showing the boundaries <br />of the land benefited by the proposed improvement. A copy of <br />the boundary map was filed in the office of the County Recorder <br />of the County of Alameda in the Book of Maps of Assessment <br /> <br />Districts. <br /> <br />2. The Council adopted its Resolution of Intention to <br /> <br />order the improvement described therein under the Municipal <br />Improvement Act of 1913, and directed MacKay & Somps, Inc., <br />the Engineer of Work for the assessment district, to prepare <br />report required by Section 10204 of the Streets and Highways <br />Code. <br /> <br />as <br /> <br /> the <br /> <br />The improvement is generally described as follows: <br /> <br /> A. The construction of Valley Avenue commencing <br />at its .existing southerly terminus at the northerly <br />side of the Arroyo Del Valle; thence extending in a <br />southerly direction approximately 2,500 feet generally <br />along the easterly boundary of the Fromm Business Park <br />property (as said property is shown on Amended Parcel <br />Map 3667) to Bernal Avenue by means of clearing; <br />grubbing; demolition; grading; well abandonment; <br />ditching; and the construction of pavement; base rock; <br />survey monuments; street and traffic signs, striping, <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> <br />
