CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 83-130 RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR GP-82-10, GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT FOR PARK SITE ON VINEYARD AVENUE ~'~EREAS, at its meeting of April 12, 1983, the City Council received a proposed negative declaration for GP-82-10, a General Plan Amendment chan~ing the land use designa- tion for the park site on Vineyard Avenue from "Open Space-Parks and Recreation" to "High Density Residential" and that portion west of Vineyard/Pico to be changed to "Medium Density Residential"; and I~HEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated December 30, 1982 and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed development plan; and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed General Plan amendment would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for GP-82-10 a General Plan amendment changing the land use designation for the park site on Vineyard Avenue from "Open Space-Parks and Recreation" to "High Density Residential" and that portion west of Vineyard/Pico to be changed to "Medium Density Residential." Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED APRIL 12, 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE:
