CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 83-129 RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR GP-82-12, GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE ARROYO MOCHO APPROXIMATELY 1500 FT. EAST OF THE TERMINUS OF WEST LAS POSITAS BOULEVARD WHEREAS, at its meeting of April 12, 1983, the City Council received a proposed negative declaration for GP-82-12 a General Plan amendment for property located on the north side of the Arroyo Mocho approximately 1500 ft. east of the Terminus of West Las Positas Boulevard changing its designation from General and Limited Industrial to Medium Density Residential; and WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated January 18, 1983, and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and WHEREAS , a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed development plan; and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed General Plan amendment would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for GP-82-12, a General Plan amendment chan~ing the land use designation of property located on the north side of the Arroyo Mocho approximately 1500 feet east of the terminus of West Las Positas Boulevard. Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED APRIL 12, 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE:
