CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 83-124 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DENYING THE CLAIM OF CHRIS BERATLIS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />on March 1, 1983, the City of Pleasanton received a <br />claim in the sum of $4,000 filed on behalf of Chris <br />Beratlis for damages to his property when a flood <br />channel was breached; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on April 12, 1983, the City Council reviewed the <br /> claim and determined that it should be denied; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The claim of Chris Beratlis, presented to the City <br /> of Pleasanton on March 1, 1983 for property damage <br /> in the sum of $4,000, is hereby denied. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED APRIL 12, lq83 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Mercer, Mohr, Wood and Mayor Butler <br /> <br />NOES <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />None <br />Councilmember Brandes <br />None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />ROBERT E.
