CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON WHEREAS, WHEREAS, WHEREAS, WHEREAS, ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 83-113 RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR PREZONING AN APPROXIMATELY EIGHT ACRE SITE, LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEAST COP~ER OF THE INTERSECTION OF AMBER LANE AND MOCKINGBIRD LANE, TO THE PUD (PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT)-LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT WITH A MINIMUM 30,000 SQ. FT. LOT SIZE AND A MAXIMUM OF NINE LOTS at its meeting of March 22, 1983, the City Council received a proposed negative declaration for prezoning an approximately eight acre site, located at the southeast corner of the intersection of Amber Lane and Mockingbird Lane, to the PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Low Density Residential District with a minimum 30,000 sq. ft. lot size and a maximum of nine lots, which land is involved in Annexation No. 102; and the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated March 4, 1983 and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed project; and the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of negative declarations and environmental impact reports; and ~'~EREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed prezoning would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for the Drezoning of an approximately eight acre site, located at the southeast corner of the intersection of Amber Lane and Mockingbird Lane, which land is involved in Annexation No. 102, to the PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Low Density Residential District, with minimum 30,000 sq. ft. lot size and a maximum of nine lots.
