CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 83-113 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR <br />PREZONING AN APPROXIMATELY EIGHT ACRE SITE, <br />LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEAST COP~ER OF THE INTERSECTION <br />OF AMBER LANE AND MOCKINGBIRD LANE, TO THE PUD <br />(PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT)-LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL <br />DISTRICT WITH A MINIMUM 30,000 SQ. FT. LOT SIZE AND <br />A MAXIMUM OF NINE LOTS <br /> <br />at its meeting of March 22, 1983, the City Council <br />received a proposed negative declaration for <br />prezoning an approximately eight acre site, located <br />at the southeast corner of the intersection of Amber <br />Lane and Mockingbird Lane, to the PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development)-Low Density Residential District with <br />a minimum 30,000 sq. ft. lot size and a maximum <br />of nine lots, which land is involved in Annexation <br />No. 102; and <br /> <br />the City Council has received and reviewed the <br />Initial Study dated March 4, 1983 and received the <br />recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; <br />and <br /> <br />a duly noticed public hearing was held at which <br />time the public was given the opportunity to <br />comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed <br />project; and <br /> <br />the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts <br />in accordance with the applicable state and local <br />guidelines governing the preparation of negative <br />declarations and environmental impact reports; and <br /> <br />~'~EREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council finds that the proposed prezoning <br />would not have any significant adverse effects on <br />the environment. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for the Drezoning <br /> of an approximately eight acre site, located at the <br /> southeast corner of the intersection of Amber Lane <br /> and Mockingbird Lane, which land is involved in <br /> Annexation No. 102, to the PUD (Planned Unit <br /> Development)-Low Density Residential District, with <br /> minimum 30,000 sq. ft. lot size and a maximum of <br /> nine lots. <br /> <br /> <br />
