CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 83-112 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR <br />PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL IN ORDER <br />TO SUBDIVIDE A FICE ACRE PARCEL INTO TWO LOTS <br />AT 2373 MARTIN AVENUE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of March 22, 1983, the City Council <br />received a proposed negative declaration for PUD <br />development plan approval for subdividing a five <br />acre parcel into two lots, 1.2 and 3.8 acres in <br />size, at 2373 Martin Avenue; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has received and reviewed the <br />Initial Study dated March 1, 1983 and received the <br />recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />a duly noticed public hearing was held at which <br />time the public was given the opportunity to <br />comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed <br />development plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts <br />in accordance with the applicable state and local <br />guidelines governing the preparation of negative <br />declarations and environmental impact reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council finds that the proposed PUD <br />development plan approval would not have any <br />significant adverse effects on the environment; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for the PUD <br /> development plan approval for subdividing a five <br /> acre parcel into two lots, 1.2 and 3.8 acres in <br /> size, at 2373 Martin Avenue. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED MARCH 22, 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br /> <br /> <br />
