CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 83-104 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DENYING THE CLAIM OF ROEBERT GARRETTO <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />on March 4, 1983, the City of Pleasanton received <br />a claim filed on behalf of Robert Garretto for <br />monies allegedly owing him for work and materials <br />used in the rehabilitation of the Westwind Building <br />at Amador Community Park; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on March 22, 1983, the City Council reviewed the <br /> claim and determined that it should be denied. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The claim presented on March 4, 1983, against <br /> the City of Pleasanton on behalf of Robert Garretto <br /> for monies allegedly owing him for work and materials <br /> used in the rehabilitation of the Westwind Building <br /> at Amador Community Park is hereby denied. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED MARCH 22, 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - <br /> Mayor Butler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />By Doris George, <br /> <br />Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and <br /> <br />Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />Peter D.
