CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 83-100 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DESIGNATING POLLING PLACES AND <br />APPOINTMENT OF ELECTION OFFICERS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Election Code Sections 22805 and 22834 require that <br />the City Council appoint precinct election officers, <br />and designate polling places; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br /> The places set forth on the attached list are <br />designated as polling places for the general municipal <br />election to be held April 19, 1983. <br /> <br />Section 2: Those persons listed on the attached list are <br /> appointed as election officers. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption and shall be published <br /> once in a newspaper of general circulation in the <br /> City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED MARCH 22, 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and <br /> Mayor Butler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />AP/P~ROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> ' PFT , , <br />Peter D.
