That the proposed alternative use is consistent <br />with the applicable provisions of the City <br />General Plan as more fully documented in the <br />public record of this project approval. <br /> <br />Section 2: Council approves case Williamson Act 82-1, cancella- <br /> tion of Williamson Act Agricultural Preserve Contract <br /> 1971-73 under the provisions of California Government <br /> Code Section 51282.1, removing 230 acres of land <br /> located at the southern terminus of Pico Avenue <br /> from the contract, subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />That the developer be aware that the tentative <br />cancellation of the agricultural preserve <br />contract on the subject property does not <br />constitute any type of development plan <br />approval by the City and that any development <br />of the property shall be subject to the <br />standard development review procedures of <br />the City. <br /> <br />Section 3: <br /> upon its <br /> <br /> That within one year of the effective date of <br /> this tentative cancellation, the owner shall <br /> secure final subdivision mad aDproval for the <br /> entire project.
