CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 83-92 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR <br />PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT ZONING AND DEVELOPMENT <br />PLAN APPROVAL FOR 154-UNIT MULTI-FAMILY PROJECT <br />ON APPROXIMATELY 8.8 ACRES AT 4323 AND 4365 <br />VALLEY AVENUE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of March 8, 1983, the City Council <br />received a proposed negative declaration for PUD <br />zoning and development plan approval for a 154-unit <br />multi-family residential Droject on aDproximately <br />8.8 acres of land located at 4323 and 4365 Valley <br />Avenue (apDroximately 500 feet west of the intersection <br />of Valley Avenue and Santa Rita Road; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS , <br /> <br />the City Council has received and reviewed the <br />Initial Study dated February 14, 1983 and received <br />the recommendations of the staff and Planning <br />Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />a duly noticed public hearing was held at which <br />time the public was given the opportunity to <br />comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed <br />development plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts <br />in accordance with the applicable state and local <br />guidelines governing the prep,aration of negative <br />declarations and environmental impact reports; and <br /> <br />the City Council finds that the proposed PUD <br />zoning and development plan approval would not <br />have any significant adverse effects on the environment. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for the PUD <br /> zoning and development plan approval for a 154-unit <br /> multi-family project on apDroximately 8.8 acres at <br /> 4323 and 4365 Valley Avenue. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED MARCH 8, 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> <br />
