CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 83-91 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR <br />DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL FOR A 28-UNIT SINGLE- <br />FAMILY DEVELOPMENT ON 48 ACRES LOCATED ON THE <br />SOUTH SIDE OF THE EASTEP~] TERMINUS OF CRELLIN <br />ROAD <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of March 8, 1983, the City Council <br />received a proposed negative declaration for <br />development plan approval for a 28-unit single- <br />family residential development to be located on <br />approximately 48 acres located on the south side <br />of the eastern terminus of Crellin Road, which <br />property is owned by Mutual Land Company; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has received and reviewed the <br />Initial Study dated February 16, 1983 and received <br />the recommendations of the staff and Planning <br />Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />a duly noticed public hearing was held at which <br />time the public was given the opportunity to <br />comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed <br />development plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has reviewed the Dotential imDacts <br />in accordance with the applicable state and local <br />guidelines governing the preDaration of Negative <br />Declarations and Environmental ImDact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council finds that the proposed development <br />plan apDroval would not have any significant adverse <br />effects on the environment; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />1: Approves the Negative Declaration for the development <br /> plan approval for a 28-unit single-family residential <br /> development to be located on approximately 48 acres <br /> located on the south side of the eastern terminus of <br /> Crellin Road. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED MARCH 8, 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> <br />
