CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 83-91 RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL FOR A 28-UNIT SINGLE- FAMILY DEVELOPMENT ON 48 ACRES LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE EASTEP~] TERMINUS OF CRELLIN ROAD WHEREAS, at its meeting of March 8, 1983, the City Council received a proposed negative declaration for development plan approval for a 28-unit single- family residential development to be located on approximately 48 acres located on the south side of the eastern terminus of Crellin Road, which property is owned by Mutual Land Company; and WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated February 16, 1983 and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed development plan; and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the Dotential imDacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preDaration of Negative Declarations and Environmental ImDact Reports; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed development plan apDroval would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for the development plan approval for a 28-unit single-family residential development to be located on approximately 48 acres located on the south side of the eastern terminus of Crellin Road. Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED MARCH 8, 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE:
