RESOLUTION NO. 83-82 RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION OF INTENTION ASSESSMENT DISTRICT 1982-1, DUBLIN CANYON ROAD IMPROVEMENTS The City Council of the City of Pleasanton resolves: On February 23, 1982, this Council adopted Resolution No. 82-75, "Resolution of Intention to Order Improvement in Assessment District 1982-1." Resolution No. 82-75 is hereby amended to read as follows: "The City Council of the City of Pleasanton resolves: This Council intends to order the following improvement under the authority of the Municipal Improvement Act of 1913: The construction of streets including demolition, clearing, grading, subbase, base, pavement, curbs and gutters and driveways; sidewalks, bike paths, storm drainage facilities, acquisition of existing storm and sanitary sewers and appurtenances, a system of domestic water supply including fire hydrants; installation of street lights and underground electrical distribution facilities; traffic signal modificationst lar~dscaping w~thin street rights-of-way and landscaping easements, together with landscaping irrigation; and all other improvements and appurtenances necessary for a complete scheme of public improvements for Dublin Canyon Road, from the Pleasanton City Limits easterly to and including the intersection with Foothill Road, including a portion of Canyon Way, together with the acquisition of all necessary interests in real property. This Council finds that the land specially' benef~[-ed by the improvement is shown within the boundaries of the map entitled, "Proposed Boundaries of Assessment District 1982-1, City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California."
