CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 83-81 RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 76-79 (ESTAB- LISHING TRAFFIC REGULATIONS FOR CITY STREETS) BY AMENDING SECTION 11 (TWO HOUR PARKING ZONES) BY ADDING SUBSECTION llv-2 REGARDING VERVAIS AVENUE WHEREAS, on April 12, 1976, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 76-79 (A Resolution Establishing Traffic Regulations for City Streets); and WHEREAS, the City Council has from time to time amended Resolution No. 76-79; and WHEREAS, at its meeting of March 8, 1983, the City Council received and discussed a report dated March 1, 1983 from the Director of Public Works and Utilities related to a limit of two hours for Darkin~ on the northerly side of Vervais Avenue in front of the residential area; and WHEREAS, it was determined to be necessary to amend Resolution No. 76-79 to add subsection llv-2 to Section 11 (Two Hour Parking Zones); NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Resolution No. 76-79 (A Resolution Establishing Traffic Regulations for City Streets) is hereby amended by adding subsection llv-2 to Section 11 (Two Hour Parking Zones) to read as follows: "llv-2 Vervais Avenue, Vervais Avenue, west 75 feet." on the northerly side of from the east end of Vervais Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
