CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 83-72 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DENYING APPEAL OF VIC LUND TO PLANNING <br />COMMISSION DENIAL OF CASE PUD-83-2 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Vic Lund applied for PUD zoning and development <br />plan approval for a 12-lot medium density residential <br />project on approximately 2.4 acres located at 306 <br />Neal Street; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of February 9, 1983, the Planning <br />Commission considered case PUD-83-2 together with <br />staff reports and heard testimony from the applicant <br />and the community; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission denied the application; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />within the time specified by the Ordinance Code of <br />the City of Pleasanton, Vic Lund submitted an <br />appeal to the City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of February 22, 1983, Council <br />reviewed the staff reports and received public <br />testimony regarding this appeal; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Denies without prejudice the appeal of Vic Lund <br /> to a Planning Commission denial of Case PUD-83-2, <br /> application for PUD zoning and development plan <br /> approval for a 12-lot medium density residential <br /> project on approximately 2.4 acres located at 306 <br /> Neal Street. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED FEBRUARY 22, <br />VOTE: <br /> <br />1983 BY THE FOLLOWING <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and <br /> Mayor Butler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None ~ ~~ <br />ATTEST: !/ <br /> <br />Peter D.
