CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 83-64 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DENYING THE CLAIM OF PETER LAGOS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />on October 8, 1982, the City of Pleasanton received <br />a claim filed on behalf of Peter Lagos for alleged <br />injuries incurred in a fall on September 12, 1982; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />on February 22, 1983, the City Council reviewed the <br />claim and determined that it should be denied; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br /> The claim presented on October 8, 1982, against the <br />City of Pleasanton on behalf of Peter Lagos for <br />alleged injuries incurred in a fall on SeDtember 12, <br />1982 is hereby denied. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective irmmediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED FEBRUARY 22, 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and <br /> Mayor Butler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br /> <br />
