CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 83-63 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING GRANT DEEDS AND EASEMENTS FOR VALLEY AVENUE AND BERNAL AVENUE RIGHT-OF-WAY AND LANDSCAPE EASEMENTS, ASSESSMENT DISTRICT 82-5, FROM}{ BUSINESS PARK WHEREAS, the City is in receipt of six deeds and an Easement Agreement regarding Assessment District 825, Fromm Business Park; and WHEREAS, at its meeting of February 22, 1983, the City Council received a report from the Director of Public Works and Utilities indicating that the acceptance of these deeds and approval of the Easement Agreement is in the public interest; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: The Grant Deed from Irving Loube, Peter K. Maier, Carolyn Fromm, David Fromm, Barbara Fromm, and Founders Title Company to the City of Pleasanton for public service easements is hereby accepted. Section 2: The Grant Deed from Irving Loube, Peter K. Maier, Carolyn Fromm, David Frormn, Barbara Fromm and Founders Title Company to the City of Pleasanton for easements for street purposes in Parcels B, C, D and E of Parcel Map 3901 is hereby accepted. Section 3: The Grant Deed from Irving Loube, Peter Ko Maier, Carolyn Fromm, David Fromm, Barbara Fromm, and Founders Title Company to the City of Pleasanton for a temporary easement for storm drains is hereby accepted. Section 4: The Grant Deed from Alameda County Flood Control and Water Conservation District to the City of Pleasanton for an easement for street purposes is hereby accepted. Section 5: The Grant Deed from Irving Loube, Peter K. Maier, Carolyn Fromm, David Fromm, Barbara Fromm and Founders Title Company to City of Pleasanton for and easement for roadway and landscaping purposes is hereby accepted.
