CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 83-61 <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF CONSTRUCTION OF PICO AVENUE EXTENSION, <br />PROJECT NO. 82-3, AND APPROVAL OF FINAL PROGRESS <br />PAYMENT TO RAISCH STRUCTURES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />work by Raisch Structures on the construction of the <br />Pico Avenue extension, Project No. 82-3, has been <br />satisfactorily completed; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is appropriate to authorize the final Drogress <br /> payment; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The work on the extension of Pico Avenue is <br /> hereby accepted. <br /> <br />Section 2: The Director of Finance is instructed to prepare <br /> a warrant in the amount of $41,265.23 in favor of <br /> Raisch Structures in satisfaction of the final <br /> progress payment for the above-accepted work on <br /> Project No. 82-3. Ten percent (10%) of the total <br /> contract or $70,405.96 will be retained until <br /> thirty (30) days after filing of the Notice of <br /> Completion. <br /> <br />Section 3: The City Attorney is directed to file a Notice <br /> of Completion with the Alameda County Recorder. <br /> <br />Section 4: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED FEBRUARY 22, 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and <br /> Mayor Butler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: ROBERT E.
