CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 83-46 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPOINTING CANDACE ADERMAN AND YVAN <br />ALBERT TO THE HOUSING AUTHORITY COMMISSION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the term of Yvan Albert and Christine Pearson as <br />members of the Housing Authority Commission expired <br />January 25, 1983; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of February 8, 1983, the City Council <br />considered the applications of and evaluated the <br />qualifications of various individuals who are interested <br />in serving on the Housing Authority Commission; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />1: Reappoints Yvan Albert as a member of the Housing <br /> Authority Commission for a four year term ending <br /> January 25, 1987, or until his successor is appointed. <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />2: Appoints Candace Aderman as a member of the Housing <br /> Authority Commission for a four year term ending <br /> January 25, 1987, or until her successor is appointed. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED FEBRUARY 8, 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and <br /> <br /> Mayor Butler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />MAYOR <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br /> eter D.
