CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 83-45 RESOLUTION APPOINTING MICHAEL O. HUNT AS A MEMBER OF THE HUMAN SERVICES CO~[MISSION AND APPOINTING LORETTA BAKER AS AN ALTERNATE MEMBER OF THE HUMAN SERVICES COMMISSION FOR A FOUR YEAR TERM WHEREAS , due to the resignation of Commissioner Marcelline Mahern, a position on the Human Services Con~nission is open for appointment; and WHEREAS, Michael O. Hunt indicated his interest in being appointed to this position; and WHEREAS, a new position of Alternate Member of the Human Services Commission has been created; and WHEREAS, Loretta Baker indicated her interest in being appointed to this position; and WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the names of various individuals who are interested in serving on the Human Services Commission in these two positions and evaluated their qualifications; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Michael O. Hunt is hereby appointed as a member of the Human Services CoLmlLission for the unexpired term of Marcelline Mahern and a four year term which will terminate on October 22, 1987. Section 2: Loretta Baker is hereby appointed to the position of Alternate Member of the Human Services Commission for a four year term which will terminate on October 22, 1987, or until such time as she is replaced. Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
