Construction Services Following approval. by City of the detailed Working Drawings, Specifications, Contract and Bidding Documents, Engineer shall assist City in so!ic[t].ng Gualifjed bids from contractors for the work to be performed pursuant to the approved contract documents and shall assist jn the evaluation of b~ds, b~dders, requests for substitutions and in the preparation of contract addenda.
