CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 83-41 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH <br />MACKAY AND SOMPS ENGINEERS, INC.
