CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 83-40 <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF PUMP HOUSE BUILDINGS, PROJECT NO. <br />82-5, AND APPROVAL OF FINAL PROGRESS PAYMENT TO <br />DON PHILLIPS CONSTRUCTION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />work by Don Phillips Construction on the DUmP house <br />buildings, Project No. 82-5, has been satisfactorily <br />completed; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is appropriate to authorize the final progress <br /> payment; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The work on the pump house buildings is hereby <br /> accepted. <br /> <br />Section 2: The Director of Finance is instructed to prepare <br /> a warrant in the amount of $6,929.70 in favor of <br /> Don Phillips Construction in satisfaction of the <br /> final progress payment for the above-accepted work <br /> on Project No. 82-5.
