CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 83-38 <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS, TAM INVESTMENT <br />PROJECT ON HOPYARD ROAD AND VALLEY AVENUE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the construction of the public improvements for the <br />Tam Investment project, has been completed and a <br />maintenance bond has been posted; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />acceptance of said public improvements has been <br />recommended by the Director of Public Works and <br />Utilities in his report to the City Council dated <br />February 2, 1983; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: That the public improvements installed in the <br /> Tam Investment project at Hopyard Road and Valley <br /> Avenue, are accepted. <br /> <br />Section 2: The City Attorney's office is directed to file a <br /> Notice of Completion. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED FEBRUARY 8, 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and <br /> <br /> Mayor Butler <br />NOES None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> '~UTLER,~'~yOR <br /> ..,~{ ROBERT E. <br />Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />By Doris George, <br /> <br /> <br />
