CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 83-32 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 77-123 (ESTABLISH- <br />ING FEES AND CHARGES FOR VARIOUS MUNICIPAL SERVICES <br />OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON) TO PROVIDE FOR INCREASES <br />IN WATER SERVICE CHARGES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City of Pleasanton provides a variety of <br />municipal services for which fees and charges have <br />been established and compiled in Resolution No. <br />77-123; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of January 25, 1983, the City <br />Council received a report prepared by Rauscher, <br />Pierce, Refsnes, Inc., municipal finance consultants, <br />and by the Director of Finance recommending that <br />the water service fees be increased in order to <br />meet necessary expenses incurred by the City in <br />providing these services; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Exhibit A, Section VI, Paragraph Aol and 2 of <br /> Resolution No. 77-123 is hereby amended to read as <br /> follows: <br /> <br />A.
