WHEREAS <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 83-29 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION <br />FOR PUD-HIGH DENSITY RESIDENTIAL ZONING AND DEVELOP- <br />MENT PLAN APPROVAL FOR A 125-LOT RESIDENTIAL PROJECT <br />ON APPROXIMATELY 15 ACRES LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF <br />VALLEY AVENUE BETWEEN HANSEN DRIVE AND VIA DE LOS <br />MILAGROS <br /> <br />at its meeting of January 25, 1983, the City <br />Council received a proposed mitigated negative <br />declaration for rezoning to the PUD-High Density <br />Residential District and development plan approval <br />for a 125-1ot residential project on approximately <br />15 acres of land located on the west side of Valley <br />Avenue between Hansen Drive and Via de los Milagros; <br />and <br /> <br />the City Council has received and reviewed the <br />Initial Study dated January 6, 1983 and received <br />the recommendations of the staff and Planning <br />Commission; and <br /> <br />a duly noticed public hearing was held at which <br />time the public was given the opportunity to <br />comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed <br />development plan; and <br /> <br />the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts <br />in accordance with the applicable state and local <br />guidelines governing the preparation of mitigated <br />negative declarations and environmental impact <br />reports; and <br /> <br />the Initial Study prepared by the City staff <br />indicated that there may be significant impacts <br />upon the environment, but that conditions of <br />approval would render these potential impacts <br />insignificant; and <br /> <br />the City Council finds that based upon the review <br />of the Initial Study, and the testimony and docu- <br />mentary evidence presented at the public hearing <br />that there may be significant impacts on the <br />environment, but that conditions listed in Section <br />1 below as mitigations render these potential <br />impacts insignificant; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />-1- <br /> <br /> <br />
