WHEREAS WHEREAS WHEREAS WHEREAS WHEREAS CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 83-29 RESOLUTION APPROVING A MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR PUD-HIGH DENSITY RESIDENTIAL ZONING AND DEVELOP- MENT PLAN APPROVAL FOR A 125-LOT RESIDENTIAL PROJECT ON APPROXIMATELY 15 ACRES LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF VALLEY AVENUE BETWEEN HANSEN DRIVE AND VIA DE LOS MILAGROS at its meeting of January 25, 1983, the City Council received a proposed mitigated negative declaration for rezoning to the PUD-High Density Residential District and development plan approval for a 125-1ot residential project on approximately 15 acres of land located on the west side of Valley Avenue between Hansen Drive and Via de los Milagros; and the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated January 6, 1983 and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed development plan; and the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of mitigated negative declarations and environmental impact reports; and the Initial Study prepared by the City staff indicated that there may be significant impacts upon the environment, but that conditions of approval would render these potential impacts insignificant; and the City Council finds that based upon the review of the Initial Study, and the testimony and docu- mentary evidence presented at the public hearing that there may be significant impacts on the environment, but that conditions listed in Section 1 below as mitigations render these potential impacts insignificant; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: -1-
