CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 83-25 <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC SERVICE EASEMENTS FROM <br />JOSEPH E. MADDEN <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City is in receipt of three Grant Deeds (one <br />from Joseph Eo Madden and two from Pleasanton <br />Real Estate Company, Inc.) to the City of Pleasanton <br />for public service easements; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of January 25, 1983, the City <br />Council received a report from the Director of <br />Public Works and Utilities indicating that the <br />acceptance of these deeds is in the public interest; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The Grant Deeds from Joseph E.
