CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 83-24 <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF A GRANT OF EASEMENT FROM CARPENTERS <br />APPRENTICESHIP AND TRAINING TRUST FUND FOR NORTHERN <br />CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City is in receipt of a Grant of Easement from <br />the Carpenters Apprenticeship and Trainin~ Trust Fund <br />for Northern California to the City of Pleasanton <br />for a public service easement; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of January 25, 1983, the City <br />Council received a report from the Director of <br />Public Works and Utilities indicating that the <br />acceptance of this deed is in the public interest; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />1: The Grant of Easement from the Carpenters Apprentice- <br /> ship and Training Trust Fund for Northern California <br /> to the City of Pleasanton for a public service easement <br /> is hereby accepted and the appropriate City officers <br /> are instructed to take whatever action necessary <br /> to implement said acceptance. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JANUARY 25, 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Marcer, Mohr, Wood and Mayor Butler <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> <br />B ROB <br /> Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />AP~,~ED AS TO FORM,~ ~ <br />Peter D.
