CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 83-21 <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF REPAIRS OF WATER LINE TO PUMP <br />STATION NO. 2, PROJECT NO. 82-20, AND APPROVAL OF <br />FINAL PROGRESS PAYMENT TO ANTONIO M. GONCALVES <br />CONSTRUCTION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />work by Antonio M. Goncalves Construction on the <br />repairs to the water line to Pump Station No. 2, <br />Project No. 82-20, has been satisfactorily completed; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is appropriate to authorize the final progress <br /> payment; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The work on the repairs to the water line to PUmD <br /> Station No. 2 is hereby accepted. <br /> <br />Section 2: The Director of Finance is instructed to preDare <br /> a warrant in the amount of $12,310.51 in favor'of <br /> Antonio M. Goncalves Construction in satisfaction <br /> of the final progress payment for the above- <br /> accepted work on Project No. 82-20. Ten percent <br /> (10%) of the total contract or $1,367.83 will be <br /> retained until thirty (30) days after filing of <br /> the Notice of Completion. <br /> <br />Section 3: The City Attorney is directed to file a Notice <br /> of Completion with the Alameda County Recorder. <br /> <br />Section 4: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JANUARY 25, 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE <br /> <br />AYES Councilmembers -Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, kbodandMayor Butler <br />NOES None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> · a ttorney <br /> <br /> <br />
