CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 83-20 <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS, FOR TRACT 4549, <br />WELLINGTON CONDOMINIUM, MORRISON HOMES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the construction of the public improvements for <br />Tract 4549, Wellington Condominium, Morrison Homes, <br />has been completed and a maintenance bond has been <br />posted; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />acceptance of said public improvements has been <br />recommended by the Director of Public Works and <br />Utilities in his report to the City Council dated <br />January 19, 1983; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />1: That the public improvements installed in Tract <br /> 4549, Wellington Condominium, Morrison Homes, are <br /> accepted. <br /> <br />Section 2: The City Attorney's office is directed to file a <br /> Notice of Completion. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JANUARY 25, 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers -Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood andMayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />~ames R.
