CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 83-18 <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF FINAL MAP AND IMPROVEMENT PLANS FOR <br />TRACT 4901, FAIRLANDS TERRACE, UNIT 1, FAIRLANDS <br />ASSOCIATES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />a final subdivision map and improvement plan for <br />Tract 4901, Fairlands Terrace, Unit 1, Fairlands <br />Associates, have been submitted and checked by the <br />Engineering staff and the necessary inspection <br />fees, bonds and agreements received by the Director <br />of Public Works and Utilities; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />said map and improvement plans were reviewed by <br />the City Council at its meeting of January 25, 1983; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The final subdivision map and improvement plans <br /> for Tract 4901, Fairlands Terrace, Unit 1, Fairlands <br /> Associates are hereby approved and accepted and <br /> the appropriate City officers are instructed to <br /> take whatever action necessary to implement said <br /> approval. <br /> <br />Section 2: <br /> <br /> Authorizes the appropriate City officers to <br />execute the Subdivision Agreement for Tract 4901, <br />Fairlands Terrace, Unit 1, a copy of which is <br />attached hereto and incorporated herein by this <br />reference. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JANUARY 25, 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and <br /> Mayor Butler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None I~ <br />ATTEST: ROBERT~E~'.~/~UTLER, YOR <br /> <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />APpROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />Peter .
