4. Section 2 of the Agreement is amended in its entirety <br />to readas follows: <br /> <br /> " 2. The effect of this Agreement is (i) to extend <br /> until January 17, 1984 the time within which. building <br /> permits can be obtained for Pad A without the expiration <br /> of all or any portion of the 6 D.U.E. sewer-system <br /> connection permits assigned to Pad A, and (ii) to extend <br /> until January 12, 1983 the time within which building <br /> permits can be obtained for Pad E without the expiration <br /> of all or any portion of the 10 D.U.E. sewer-system <br /> connection permits assigned to Pad E." <br /> <br /> 5~ Except as specifically stated to the contrary <br />herein, all terms and conditions of the Agreement shall <br />remain in full force and effect. <br /> <br /> This amended agreement is entered into as of the date <br />and year first above written. <br /> <br /> THE LEE SAMMIS COMPANY <br /> <br />By <br /> <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />By <br /> Robert E, Butler, Mayor <br /> <br />James R.
