CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 83-13 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE COUNTY OF ALAMEDA TO <br />DEFER ANY ACTIONS CONTEMPLATED REGARDING THE <br />REYNOLD C. JOHNSON BUSINESS PARK <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Alameda County has under consideration an application <br />from Reynold C. Johnson for a business park at the <br />intersection of 1-580 and E1 Charro Road; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS , <br /> <br />this property is within the Sphere of Influence of <br />the City of Pleasanton and within the study area <br />of the General Plan Review Committee; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Industrial General Plan Review is still in <br />process and it would be appropriate for the County <br />of Alameda to defer any action on this property <br />pending the results of the General Plan Review; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />1: The Cfty Council hereby requests Alameda County <br /> to'defer any action on the Reynold C. Johnson <br /> 'application until after completion of the General <br /> Plan Review. <br /> <br />Section 2: The City Council requests that the County inform <br /> the City of Pleasanton when this matter will be <br /> considered and provide a written reDly to this <br /> request at its earliest convenience. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JANUARY 11, 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, and Mayor <br /> Butler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Wood <br /> <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br />Peter D.
