CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 83-10 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION EXTENDING TENTATIVE MAP FOR TRACT <br />4771, CHAMBERLAIN GROUP, FOR A FINAL ONE YEAR <br />PERIOD <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Tentative Map for Tract 4771 was approved on <br />January 15, 1981 and Dursuant to the Ordinance <br />Code a final subdivision mad must be approved <br />within one year from the date of approving the <br />Tentative Map; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />on February 9, 1982, the City Council granted a one <br />year extension of the Tentative Map; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the State Subdivision Map Act allows tentative map <br />extensions of up to two years; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the property owners, The Chamberlain Group, are still <br />not in a position to file their final map and for <br />this reason have requested another one year extension; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Planning Commission considered this application <br />on December 8, 1982 and recommended the final one <br />year extension be granted subject to certain conditions; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF iTHE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The Tentative Map for Tract 4771, Chamberlain Group, <br /> is extended for one final year, subject to all the <br /> conditions on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made <br /> a part hereof by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall bscome effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JANUARY 11, 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Mohr and Mayor Butler <br />NOES: Councilmember Mercer <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Wood <br />ABSTAIN: None /~.~_~ ~_ <br /> <br /> ames .
