1 <br /> <br />3 <br /> <br />5 <br /> <br /> 6 <br /> <br /> 8 <br /> <br /> 9 <br /> <br /> 10 <br /> <br /> ll <br /> <br /> 12 <br /> <br />13 <br /> <br />16 <br /> <br />17 <br /> <br /> 21 <br /> <br />23 <br /> <br />be conveyed by STATE to CITY upon completion of all right of way <br />acquisition. <br /> <br />(3) To provide plans and specifications and all <br />necessary construction engineering services for the PROJECT, all <br /> <br />at STATE'S <br /> <br />with plans <br /> <br />sole expense. <br /> <br />(4) To construct the PROJECT by <br /> <br />and specifications of STATE. <br />(5) To furnish and install, by <br /> <br />contract in accordance <br />STATE'S forces and at <br /> <br />STATE's sole expense, all the traffic striping, pavement marking <br />and traffic signs that are required for the PROJECT. <br /> <br /> (6) Up6n completion of STATE'S right of way acquisition <br />and all work incidental thereto, to furnsih CITY with a detailed <br />statement of right of way costs to be borne by CITY and to refund <br />to CITY any amount of CITY's advance deposit, provided for in <br />Section II, Article (2), remaining after actual costs to be borne <br />by CITY have been deducted. <br /> <br /> (7) To maintain, at STATE's expense, the entire <br />overcrossing structure below the top of the deck surface, <br />exclusive of any surface treatment thereon and above the deck <br />surface, to maintain the chain link railing. <br /> <br /> SECTION II <br /> <br />CITY AGREES: <br /> <br /> (t) To bear the cost of the additional rights of way <br />required for PROJECT; to bear the costs not normally borne by <br />utility owners of all utility protection, relocation or removal; <br /> <br /> -3- <br /> <br /> <br />
