CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 83-04 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS FOR STREET <br />TREE PRUNING AND AUTHORIZING CALLING FOR BIDS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Director of Public Works and Utilities, by his <br />report dated January 3, 1983, advised the City <br />Council that plans and specifications had been <br />completed for street tree pruning and that said <br />specifications have been reviewed by staff; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of January 11, 1983, the City <br />Council reviewed the report of the Director of <br />Public Works and Utilities relating to the project; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the specifications for the street tree <br /> pruning on various city streets. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the calling of bids for the above <br /> project. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JANUARY 11, 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Wood <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Brandes, Mercer, Mohr and Mayor Butler <br /> <br /> Walker, lerk <br />James R.
