CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 83-02 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DENYING THE CLAIM OF GEORGE WELLS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />on December 15, 1982, the City of Pleasanton received <br />a claim filed on behalf of George Raymond Wells for <br />damages incurred during an incident on September 10, <br />1982; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />on January 11, 1983, the City Council reviewed the <br />claim and determined that it should be denied; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEAS~TON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />1: The claim presented on December 15, 1982, against <br /> the City of Pleasanton on behalf of George Raymond <br /> Wells, for damages allegedly incurred on September 10, <br /> 1982, is hereby denied. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED J~NUARY 11, 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, and Mayor <br /> Butler <br /> None <br /> Councilmember Wood <br /> None <br /> <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />ROB~R~.
