(b) All of the dwelling units in the Project will be <br />similarly constructed, and each dwelling unit in the Project <br />will contain complete, separate and distinct facilities for <br />living, sleeping, eating, cooking and sanitation for a single <br />person or a family, including a sleeping area, bathing and <br />sanitation facilities and cooking facilities equipped with a <br />cooking range, refrigerator and sink. <br /> <br /> (c) The Owner will not knowingly permit any of the <br />dwelling Units in the Project at any time to be utilized on a <br />transient basis or will ever be used as a hotel, motel, <br />dormitory, fraternity house, sorority house, rooming house, <br />nursing home, hospital, sanitarium, rest home or trailer court <br />or park. <br /> <br /> (d) No part of the Project will at any time be owned <br />by a cooperative housing corporation, nor will the Owner take <br />any step in connection with a conversion to such ownership or <br />use. The Owner shall not sell units in the Project as <br />condominiums except with the prior written approval of Bond <br />Counsel. <br /> <br /> (e) All o£ the dwelling units in the Project will be <br />leased or rented, or available for lease or rental, to the <br />general public, and the Owner will not give preference to any <br />particular class or group in renting the dwelling units in the <br />Project, except to the extent that dwelling units are required <br />to be leased or rented to Lower-Income Tenants as defined in <br />the Regulatory Agreement. Dwelling units in the Pro3ect leased <br />or rented to Lower-Income Tenants will be intermingled with all <br />other dwelling units and will be of comparable quality and <br />offer a range of sizes and number of bedrooms comparable to <br />those units which are available to other tenants. In addition, <br />tenants residing in such units will have equal access to all <br />common facilities of the Project. <br /> <br /> (f) The Project Site consists of a parcel or parcels <br />that are contiguous (except for the interposition of a road, <br />street or stream) and all of the improvements will comprise a <br />single geographically and functionally integrated project for <br />residential rental property, as evidenced by the ownership, <br />management, accounting and operation of the Project. <br /> <br /> (g) In the event the Project consists of less than five <br />(5) dwelling units, none of the dwelling units in the Project <br />shall be occupied as a residence by the Owner. <br /> <br /> <br />
