CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 84-625 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION <br />FOR PUD ZONING AND DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL FOR A <br />40-UNIT APARTMENT COMPLEX ON 2.5 ACRES ON THE EAST SIDE <br />OF MONACO DRIVE NORTH OF OFFICES AT 44-90 MISSION DRIVE <br />(PUD-84-16) <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> <br />at its meeting of December 11, 1984, the City Council <br />received a proposed mitigated negative declaration for a <br />two-story, 40-unit apartment complex, on the <br />approximately 2.5 acre parcel located on the east side <br />of Monaco Drive, north of the offices located at 44-90 <br />Mission Drive; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> <br />the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial <br />Study dated November 8, 1984 and received the <br />recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> <br />a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the <br />public was given the opportunity to comment on the <br />environmental impacts of the proposed PUD zoning and <br />development plan approval; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in <br />accordance with the applicable state and local <br />guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br />Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council finds that based upon the review of the <br />Initial Study, and the testimony and documentary <br />evidence presented at the public hearing that there may <br />be significant impacts on the environment, but that <br />conditions listed in Section 1 below as mitigations <br />render these potential impacts insignificant; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the Mitigated Negative Declaration for a <br /> two-story, 40-unit apartment complex, on the <br /> approximately 2.5 acre parcel located on the east side <br /> of Monaco Drive, north of the offices located at 44-90 <br /> Mission Drive, subject to mitigating condition number 12 <br /> as set forth in Exhibit "A" attached to Ordinance No. <br /> 1172 and incorporated herein by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
