CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 84-619 <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF ~HE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Council approves the Indemnification <br /> Agreement between the City of Pleasanton and Noland M. <br /> Davis regarding the Pimlico' Realignment, a copy of which <br /> is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this <br /> reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the Mayor to execute the above-described <br /> agreement. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoptiion. <br /> <br /> THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED DECEMBER 11,~ 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, ~utler, Mohr, Wood and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br /> NOES: None ~ KE~CE~, M~ <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> ATTEST: <br /> <br />~y Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />Pier D.
