CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 84-604 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION INITIATING PREZONING OF PROPERTY BEING <br />ANNEXED TO THE CITY OF PLEASANTON UNDER ANNEXATION <br />NUMBER 11t <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council of the City of Pleasanton has directed <br />the City staff to prepare a formal resolution requesting <br />annexation and an annexation application to LAFCO as <br />filed under Annexation No. 111; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />it is desirable to prezone properties coming into the <br />City limits to a zoning district consistent with the <br />General Plan so that said properties will not <br />automatically be put into an "S" (Study) District when <br />they are annexed; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />1: That prezoning to any zoning district consistent with <br />the General Plan of the City of Pleasanton is hereby <br />initiated for the following property: <br /> <br />Approximately 2.1 acres located on the north side of <br />Vineyard Avenue, west of Linden Way, commonly known as <br />3683 Vineyard Avenue, 3655 Vineyard Avenue, 495 Linden <br />Way and 3731 Vineyard Avenue. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED NOVEMBER 27, 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr and Wood <br /> NOES: Mayor Mercer <br /> ABSENT: None ~~ <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> ATTEST: <br /> ames R.
