PUD-81-30-24D <br /> <br />That the development shall be substantially as shown on the <br />site plan, elevations and landscape plan, Exhibit A, on file <br />with the Planning Department. <br /> <br />That approval of case PUD-81-30-24D is subject to all <br />conditions of approval of case MS-82-13 approving parcel map <br />number 3858. <br /> <br />That the development shall be subject to all conditions of <br />approval of Ordinance No. 1109 approving Hacienda Business <br />Park. <br /> <br />That the full northern entrance drive from Hopyard Road for a <br />distance of at least 100 ft. and the full entrance drive from <br />Chabot Drive for the same distance shall be constructed in <br />conjunction with the Marriott Hotel unless previously <br />installed. <br /> <br />That the southern entrance drive from Hopyard Road and the <br />driveway and parking area south of the southern boundary line <br />of the subject site shall be constructed in conjunction with <br />the hotel. <br /> <br />That the developer shall construct an A.C. berm along all <br />temporary pavement edges. <br /> <br />That this development shall be subject to all Standard <br />Conditions of Development, attached hereto and made part of <br />this case by reference, except conditions 12, 13, 14, 29, 33, <br />46, 49 and 54. <br /> <br /> <br />
