-3- <br /> <br />Claim service fees described herein shall be subject to renegotiation <br />effective as of each anniversary of the initial effective date of <br />this agreement, such renegotiated fees to apply to claims arising out <br />of occurrences dated thereafter. <br /> <br />Deposit <br /> <br />Customer agrees to provide HSC with funds sufficient to cover claim <br />and ailocated loss expense payments to ~e made by HSC on behalf of <br />Customer.
